I saw these birds on a wire one morning and enjoyed their silhouettes against the stone-stained sky. It also made me wonder--maybe powerlines are like coffee shops for birds. A place where they can get a little extra charge.

The birds ALWAYS speak to me of God's provision. The reality of their presence proves His presence and protection, and quickly subsides my fears.

Do you do paintings on commission? I have an idea for a bird painting I'd like someone to do for me, this reminded me of it.
